We’re happy to place t-shirt orders on your school’s behalf through SONJ’s preferred vendor, Will Enterprises. Schools must be in good standing to qualify for t-shirts. Shirts are intended for use by students to spread a message of inclusion and to raise awareness of UCS and Unified initiatives.
Please download the order form and return it to UCS@SONJ.org by December 15.
Funding Guidelines
- The UCS grant allows schools in good standing up to $500 to purchase up to 75 t-shirts.
- If your order exceeds the $500 limit, it will automatically be adjusted to stay within budget.
- On average, Will Enterprises can provide approximately 62 shirts within the $500 allowance.
How to Order
- Schools in good standing should complete the UCS T-Shirt Order Form
- Submit your completed form to UCS@SONJ.org.
The vendor will invoice SONJ directly, and the cost will be deducted from your school’s UCS grant award. - Only orders placed by SONJ will be paid by SONJ.
- We kindly ask that schools do not contact Will Enterprises directly to place orders using the shirt options provided on the UCS order forms. All orders must be submitted through SONJ to ensure proper processing, invoicing, and alignment with grant guidelines
