Cool Schools Challenge

Earn Money for Your School!

Cool Schools Challenges allow UCS schools to participate in select events while raising funds and awareness for Special Olympics New Jersey AND their own school. Schools have the option to participate in person or virtually.

A portion of the money raised by the schools is returned as part of a revenue share to fund future UCS programming. The more money you raise, the more you will help your school!

• 50% of every dollar you fundraise over your registration fee goes back to your school!
• Every registered runner will receive a t-shirt and custom race bib.

Thanks4Giving Turkey Dash & Splash – November 14

Time to be thankful because Thanks4Giving – Turkey Dash & Splash is back this November! kick off the fun by running in the Turkey Dash 5K which travels the boardwalk through New Jersey’s famous Asbury Park, Ocean Grove, and Bradley Beach.

Following the Turkey Dash 5K, go cold turkey and brace the chilly Atlantic Ocean and take the Turkey Splash plunge in Asbury Park to prove you really are Freezin’ for a Reason!

You can sign up to participate in one event or the other, but if you are feeling adventurous – sign up for both! Dash through town and cool off with the Splash!

This event benefits thousands of Special Olympics New Jersey athletes and Unified Partners across the state.

Location: Convention Hall, 1300 Ocean Avenue, Asbury Park, NJ

Time: 9:30 – Check-in opens. 11:30 – Turkey Dash begins. 1:00 – Turkey Splash begins.

Jingle All the Way 3k – December 6

Jingle All The Way 3K® brings people with and without disabilities together to kick off the holiday season! Hundreds of sprinters, joggers and strollers brave the cold in support of thousands of Special Olympics athletes across the state.
